The CNC Double Head Cutting Saw from BCAMCNC is designed for accurate length and angle cutting of aluminum window profiles, curtain wall profiles, door profiles and PVC/uPVC profiles. Combining dual cutting heads, CNC servo positioning, pneumatic clamping and 45°/90° cutting, it provides an efficient cutting solution for window and door manufacturers and aluminum profile fabrication workshops.
The two saw heads can work independently or simultaneously. When operating together, both ends of the profile can be processed in one setup, reducing repeated positioning and improving production efficiency for batch fabrication.
Dual-Head Cutting for Efficient Production
The two cutting heads can operate independently or in linkage mode. During simultaneous operation, both ends of the profile can be cut according to the required length and angle in one setup. This makes the machine an efficient double head cut-off saw for repetitive window and door profile production.
CNC Servo Positioning
The EASYCAT absolute servo CNC system provides convenient digital control for profile cutting. Operators can set cutting length, production quantity and saw-head operation directly through the control panel, simplifying changeovers between different production batches.
45° & 90° Profile Cutting
The machine supports both 90° straight cutting and 45° miter cutting, making it suitable as a double head miter saw for aluminum profiles and a profile cutting solution for different window, door and frame designs.
Φ500 mm Diamond Saw Blades
Two Φ500 × Φ30 × 4.4 mm, Z=120 saw blades provide stable and efficient cutting. The large-diameter blade design helps produce a clean cutting surface for aluminum and plastic profiles.
Pneumatic Clamping
Vertical and horizontal pneumatic clamping securely holds the workpiece during cutting, reducing movement and vibration and helping maintain consistent cutting results during continuous production.
Easy Digital Operation
The CNC touchscreen allows operators to set cutting length, production quantity and saw-head operation directly from the control panel. 45° and 90° cutting functions can also be selected according to the processing requirement.
This digital control system reduces manual measurement and makes the CNC aluminum profile cutting saw easier to operate during repeated batch production.
Secure Profile Holding During Cutting
Pneumatic cylinders securely clamp the profile before cutting. The multi-directional holding structure helps reduce profile movement and vibration, supporting more stable cutting of aluminum window, door and PVC profiles.
Working air pressure is 0.5–0.8 MPa, with an air consumption of approximately 60 L/min.
Extended Support Table
The extended support structure provides stable support for long profiles during loading, positioning and cutting. It helps reduce profile sagging and makes long aluminum window and curtain wall profiles easier to handle.
Long Travel Guide Structure
The long machine bed and guide structure provide stable movement across different cutting lengths. At 90°, the cutting range reaches 360–4200 mm, allowing the machine to process a wide variety of window and door profile sizes.
Independent or Simultaneous Saw-Head Operation
The dual-head structure is one of the main advantages of this aluminum double head cutting saw. Each cutting head can operate independently, while linkage operation allows both ends of a profile to be processed in one setup.
