The BCM1530 CA Series is a 3-axis ATC CNC router designed for furniture production, cabinet door processing, MDF and plywood cutting, solid wood routing, sign making and large-format panel machining.
The standard machine provides a 1500 × 3000 × 200 mm working area, a 9.0 kW HQD air-cooled spindle, an 8-position ISO30 linear automatic tool changer, 750 W Leadshine servo motors and a vacuum table with integrated T-slot clamping.
During multi-process machining, the automatic tool-changing system selects different cutting tools according to the programmed toolpath. This helps reduce repeated manual tool changes when completing cutting, engraving, grooving, drilling and edge-profiling operations.

I purchased my CNC machine from BCAM CNC about 5 years ago, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best equipment investments I have made for my business. The quality of their CNC machines is excellent, reliable, and built to last. After 5 years of daily business use, this was the first time I ever had a programming issue with my machine.
What impressed me the most was the level of support I received from Jason. Even while he was traveling internationally to Brazil and Panama, he even sent instructions on the machine while he was boarding a plane waiting to take off and told me that he will reach out when he lands in Panama )I’m sharing pictures of his flight to Panama from Brazil and gave me technical support ) he still took the time to provide me with outstanding technical support. He responded quickly, guided me through the issue, and helped get my machine back up and running so I could continue working and get my business back on track.
After 5 years, Jason treated me as if my machine was still under warranty, and they did not charge me a single penny for the support. That says a lot about the company, their values, and the way they take care of their customers.
I truly believe that if I had purchased this machine from many other companies, especially in the U.S., I probably would not have received this kind of technical support after the first year unless I was paying for a monthly service membership. BCAM CNC has proven that they stand behind their equipment and their customers long after the sale.

We have had an excellent experience with our BCAM CNC machines. The equipment is extremely reliable, well-built, and performs consistently in a production environment.
We purchased our first machine four years ago and added a second one three years ago. From the initial sales process through ongoing service and support, the experience has been outstanding.
Nick was very helpful during the sales process, and Jason has provided exceptional service support. Both have been fantastic to work with. Last year, while Jason was visiting the United States, he offered to stop by our facility to perform preventative maintenance at a very reasonable cost. His visit was incredibly valuable.
Jason is highly knowledgeable and a true subject-matter expert. He spent time with our operators, shared several techniques to improve efficiency, and helped streamline aspects of our workflow.

The machine offers stability and precision. The value for money is very good and the customer support from Bcam is great. We’ve been running the BCAMCNC edge bander in our mid-sized cabinet shop for about 5 months now. It’s not perfect – we had to tweak the glue temperature settings for thicker ABS edges – but once dialed in, it’s been solid. The automatic corner trimming works about 90% of the time (still needs occasional manual touch-ups on tricky curved pieces). What really stands out is the build quality – no loose components after daily 8-hour shifts like we experienced with our previous machine. For the price point, it’s been a reliable workhorse that’s cut our edge banding time by nearly half

I wanted a CNC router for woodworking, as well as a drag knife for cutting foam, cardboard, rubber, and some sealing materials, so I ordered the BCM2030C and so I did not have to purchase two machines. So far everything is running as expected. The only issue was the controller switching, so I reached out to BCAMCNC tech support and they were responsive and did an excellent job of diagnosing and debugging the software in a timely fashion.
