The BCF505 provides a basic configuration for standard panel processing. The BCF506 adds separate rough and fine trimming units. The BCF450 uses an electrically adjustable pressure beam, a six-wheel pressing system and three feed-speed settings for more flexible production.

For Better Panel Edge Preparation

Choose a model with pre-milling when panels may have minor cutting marks, uneven edges or surface defects before edge banding.

The BCF505P, BCF506P and BCF450P add a pre-milling unit before gluing. Pre-milling helps prepare a cleaner and straighter panel edge, which can improve glue-line consistency and the final edge-banding appearance.

For Contour Tracking

Choose the BCF506C or BCF450D when your products require automatic contour tracking after trimming.

Contour tracking is suitable for furniture panels that require additional corner and edge finishing. These models combine standard edge-banding functions with a profiling unit for more complete panel-edge processing.

For Pre-Milling and Contour Tracking

Choose the BCF506PC or BCF450DJ when you require both panel-edge preparation and automatic contour finishing.

These models combine pre-milling, gluing, end trimming, rough trimming, fine trimming, contour tracking, scraping and polishing in one production process.

For a More Complete Edge Banding Configuration

The BCF450DK is designed for customers requiring pre-milling, contour tracking, double polishing and upper and lower glue pots.

It also includes an adjustable guide fence, a 35 mm diamond pre-milling cutter, electric pressure-beam adjustment, six-wheel pressing, mobile-phone remote control and three feed-speed settings.
